An enterprise for production of electronic fixings and components “Shteka Electronic”, town of Saedinenie
The building is situated at the entry of the town of Saedinenie from the city of Plovdiv. It consists of a production body with an area of 4000 square metres and an administrative part with a total built-up area of 900 square metres. The investor is “Shteka Electronic Bulgaria” EOOD. The main designer is “Elite studio” – Sofia, with leading architects Kalin Dikov and architect Svetoslav Arsov. The authors of the part “Constructions” are “Irkon” Ltd. with a manager assoc. prof. Michail Tzankov, and of the part “Installations” – “Mashproekt” – Plovdiv with a manager eng. Atanas Angelov. The main executor of the construction site is “AT Engineering 2000” Ltd with a manager Iliyan Terziev, and the main subcontractor – SК “Arnaudov” EOOD with a manager Vasil Arnaudov. The consultant in the designing and constructional works is “S - Consult” EOOD with a manager eng. Svetoslav Raznovanov.
